Refund policy

For USA Orders

We do accept returns or exchanges on orders and shipments on condition that the product’s seal has not been broken. The shipping fee for returned orders will not be refunded, and an extra shipping fee for return process will be deducted from your total order. Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Given that your orders are fulfilled from within the continental USA, you might be subject to state and federal sales tax.

In case you wish to apply for a return for refund, please contact customer-support@vcg.co.kr with email title: Return request for [Your order number] and include your reason for return in the body of the email. 

In the event of a refund, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method.

For International Orders
